Fisk University’s Office of Event Management provides the university community with service and support for executing meetings, conferences and other special events on our beautiful campus. An experienced and dedicated event management staff implements our services.
Our services include:
- Space reservation
- Budget Preparation
- Hotel room block arrangements
- Sign Coordination
- Audio/visual Coordination
- Shuttle Transportation
- Furniture requests
- Special event equipment rentals
- Catering - Provided by Sodexo
- Food and Beverage Selection and coordination
Through oversight of scheduling event spaces, coordinating events and outstanding execution, we offer the highest level of event support.
