The Aaron Douglas Gallery
The Aaron Douglas Gallery was established in 1994 in honor of the famed Harlem Renaissance artist and former Fisk art professor Aaron Douglas. Located on the 3rd floor of the John Hope and Aurelia Franklin Library, the Douglas Gallery offers a regular schedule of exhibitions that feature works from the permanent collection as well as art works by faculty, students and leading contemporary artists.
Admission to the Aaron Douglas Gallery is FREE.
The Fisk University Galleries warmly welcome tour groups, school trips, and visitors of all ages. Though we do not require a reservation, a prior notification of your group arrival is greatly appreciated.
