He practices Immigration & Nationality Law\, and International Law. \nThis comprehensive and informative U.S. immigration law seminar will address nonimmigrant work visas\, statuses\, and “green cards”. This seminar will discuss best practices for successful H-1B Non-Immigrant Worker Petitions\, O-1A/O-1B Extraordinary Ability Worker Petitions\, and TN NAFTA Worker Applications—and the timing issues involved for J-1 Waivers\, and STEM OPT validity dates. Students\, faculty\, and staff are invited.
