Your application is due by Tuesday, April 30, 2019 for priority consideration for residence hall placement and for consideration of your roommate request. Any packet not postmarked by Tuesday, April 30, 2019 will not receive priority consideration, and you may be randomly assigned to a roommate and room based on the information submitted in your application. Freshman women will reside in Jubilee Hall. Freshman men will reside in New Livingstone Hall on the first floor.
Once your application has been received, your room assignment for the Fall will be emailed to you with a packet of information to prepare you for the upcoming year. Please be certain to provide a clear and legible email address on your application. This packet will contain the name and phone number of your roommate, a list of what items you may bring, and a list of items that are prohibited. It will also include measurements for the residence hall rooms and beds, and information pertinent to the date and times you may move into your new housing assignment. Once you arrive to campus in the Fall, you will also be required to sign your official housing contract and provide emergency contact information. We look forward to your arrival in August, and wish you a wonderful summer!
