- Name and telephone number of your child’s physician (Emergency form)
- Copy of current insurance card

- Copy of your child’s grades and latest Standard Testing scores (2017)
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE We ask that you don’t just drop your child off in the morning or take them in the afternoon. For the children’s safety, we will check them in and out via the campers/parents roll at the rear entrance. Make sure to include any persons you authorize to pick up your child. We will not release any camper to unauthorized individuals. Some days we may end up in other locations, but will have adequate notice or someone at the home site to direct you.
WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL NEED We ask that each camper bring the following:
- Summer reading books (ask at your child’s school). This is mandatory and will be required at the start of the camps.
- Basic Toiletries
- Swimming trunks/towel
- Extra shirt/shorts
- Snacks/extra drinks (we anticipate providing boxed lunches but some of the children may prefer to bring their own. They will want the beverages for refreshment after outdoor activities)
- You may want to give your child a little change for vending/popsicle truck.
Our camps understand that other camps, illnesses, unforeseen circumstances, and vacation travel sometimes require absences. We do not prorate or discount fees for these absences. Please understand that this is an enrichment camp whose lessons build on themselves throughout the summer. Participant presence is the best way to increase your child’s potential success. In pre-planned or unavoidable absence situations, please let us know so we can always account for his/her presence and can plan events accordingly. Absences do not affect any program costs. Excessive absences by discounted participants may result in payment penalties before they can return.
