Kendall Norris is the Chief Executive Officer with the Global Leadership Forum, a 501(c)3 organization focused on connecting the world's leading STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) organizations who are engaging, educating, empowering and transforming underserved communities, and building tomorrow' workforce. He is accountable for developing and implementing the strategic direction, instituting transparency in the operations, compliance requirements, establishing effective fundraising programs and initiatives. He also partners with diverse communities to establish an inclusive organizational culture, speak for the GLF to enhance the public image, reputation and brand.

Prior to joining the GLF, Kendall was a Global Managing Director with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited and sat on the Global Technology Executives Council. Additionally his background includes 20+ years serving in technology leadership positions with several global corporations.

He has consistently leveraged his abilities as a multi-lingual executive to develop long term client relationships; global expansion initiatives and lead business development opportunities in multiple countries, cultures and languages. Kendall's passions are people and education. He is a member of the Board of Trustees at Fisk University. He is a Board Member of the College of Computing and Informatics at Lipscomb University. He is a former member of the Board of Directors and Marketing chair for the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF), and a National Board member and President of the Middle TN chapter of BDPA.  Kendall is an inspirational educator who has led several international missions teams. He is a public speaker and he pursues his passions by helping executives, entrepreneurs, groups and youth to transform their lives to achieve massive results and personal happiness through his writing, speaking and coaching.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from John Carroll University and a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University. He is a Systems Engineering subject matter expert and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
