The Office of Marketing and Public Relations plans, initiates, and coordinates the news, photography, printing, publications and other communications needs for the Fisk University. These services are offered with special emphasis on enhancing the university's image, positive visibility, and marketing position, especially for recruiting students and maintaining contact with alumni, while providing the best customer service in an ever-changing technological environment.

Our Team is responsible for managing and overseeing Fisk University's media relations, digital communications, social media, graphic design, writing, editing, strategic communications, marketing strategy, and brand management. Coupled with overseeing the university’s major communications channels, our team partners with departments across campus to produce communications materials for external audiences, and offers advice and counsel on marketing strategy and effective use of branded communications.James Dennis
