Welcome To IEEEC (International Education, Enrichment and Exchange Center) At Fisk
Fisk University is a small but dynamic community of approximately 700 talented and friendly students, including international students from about 10 countries. (Bahamas, Brazil, Egypt, Ghana, Jamaica, Nigeria, Tanzania, Sudan, St. Vincent, and by Uganda).
The IEEEC is committed to providing quality services to international students, providing general and individual advising for all Fisk students, faculty and staff interested in studying abroad or participating in a domestic exchange program.
International Students Services
The IEEEC:
- Assists International students in maintaining their legal status in the United States
- Informs students of the rights and responsibilities of their F-1 student status
- Counsels International students on immigration matters
- Promotes interaction with and integration into the Fisk community at large
- Guides students through the cultural adjustment process and connects them to the services and activities available on campus and in the community
- Advises Fisk University International Student Associations
- Study Abroad and Domestic Services
The IEEEC:
- Promotes and supports international educational opportunities for students, faculty and the community.
- Provides quality advising and accessible information to enable students to make appropriate program choices.
- Strives to make study abroad programs affordable and available to students from all academic disciplines.
