Ms. Collier, a Fisk University alumna, directs all AESP efforts towards modeling the retention initiative after the successful LEAD Program, which she also directed. She spearheads all faculty advising retention efforts through AESP. In addition, she works with the Living Learning Center Coordinators, Academic Support Services, and Leadership Enrichment and Academic Development (LEAD) Program to develop and implement retention strategies and activities into daily operations that complement a University-wide student retention and academic excellence initiative.
