He is responsible for coordinating activities and events with the SGA and other organizations on campus. Juan in instrumental in the development of the dining hall staff and is constantly enhancing our customer service in Spence Dining Hall and The Sub Shop. Juan graduated from Bauder College in Electronics. Juan love sports, especially the New York Giants. |
| Joel Duncan is a Executive Chef. Chef Duncan will be responsible for entire kitchen operation including menu, preparation, staff hiring and training, food presentation, costs and developing new ideas and menus to contribute to the success of the dining experience. Joel has over 30 years experience. Chef Duncan graduated from culinary school in Maine. Joel enjoys playing pool as a hobby. |
