Fisk Military Programs

Air Force and Army ROTC

Fisk students have the opportunity, through cross-registration arrangements with Tennessee State University and Vanderbilt University, to actively participate in either Army or Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps programs. Students participating in these programs receive all of the benefits associated with them, and courses taken in conjunction with them will be noted on their Fisk transcript. The two ROTC programs, with Vanderbilt (US Army) and TSU (US Air Force).

Fisk University and MedCerts LLC partnership

MyCareerSkill.org is a distance learning initiative developed through a partnership between Fisk University and MedCerts LLC.  These career certification training programs are offered as non-credit continuing-education and do not lead to an academic degree.  This program is a MyCAA approved blended distance learning train you for a new career in Health Information Systems Administration. Military Veteran Programs

Fisk University offers an online IT Certification Program that is perfect for Military Veterans who wish to earn credits while receiving training leading to International Certifications.  Upon completion, students may continue within a degree program at Fisk University or become certified and immediately marketable to obtain employment.  For more information, please click HERE, or contact Marija Sinishtaj at 800-360-6960 or .
