Ashley Nicole Atkins was born on June 25, 1993 in Tokyo, Japan to Brian and Kaylene Atkins. Raised in Chattanooga, TN, she considers herself a true southern belle. She has four siblings; three sisters and a brother. Being the middle child Ashley is motivated by her two older sisters and hopes to inspire her younger brother and sister. Ashley is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with aspirations of entering pharmacy school at Howard University after graduating from Fisk. Ashley is active on campus as a member of the Ladies of R.A.G.E. dance team and an Orientation Leader for the 2012-2013 academic school year. Ashley believes that everyone in life has a purpose they are meant to find and fulfill. She is motivated by her desire to help others and hopes to leave behind a legacy which exemplifies her beliefs.
