Shout OutCustomer comment cards are available for anyone who dines at our facilities. All comments and suggestions will promptly be addressed and posted in the dining facility by Thompson Hospitality’s on-site managers and will be available for view for one week. In addition to our comment cards, Thompson Hospitality has a 24 hour/7days a week customer care hotline. The phone line allows direct access to our home office during regular business hours and to the Thompson Hospitality’s Chief Operating Officer during evenings and weekends.
