Customer comment cards are available for anyone who dines at our facilities. All comments and suggestions will promptly be addressed and posted in the dining facility by Thompson Hospitality’s on-site managers and will be available for view for one week. In addition to our comment cards, Thompson Hospitality has a 24 hour/7days a week customer care hotline. The phone line allows direct access to our home office during regular business hours and to the Thompson Hospitality’s Chief Operating Officer during evenings and weekends.
