CPCoM/CLIPS Polymer Envoy Program

The Polymer Envoy program (PEP) is a program designed specifically to provide talented high school students with research experiences in the polymer science area. Envoy students are expected to participate in research activities, make presentations, and participate in various learning activities. Students spend up to 10 hours per week during the academic year participating in a meaningful research activity and continue the activity full-time for six to nine weeks in the summer.

Measurable Outcomes:

• In 2010-11, three students were accepted into this program.
• Two students are regularly participating in research projects involving polymer science.
