OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY 
To provide the President, Board of Trustees and Senior Administration at Fisk University with quantitative data regarding needs, strengths/weaknesses, institutional climate, attitudes, overall satisfaction, and recommendations by five constituent groups to assist in short/long term planning as well as identify ways to better meet the needs of Fisk University constituents.
